Coronavirus (Covid-19) and the Safety of our Customers
As we continue to feel the impact of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) throughout our State and local Communities, we at Jankowski Pest Control wanted to ensure our clients and the communities we serve that we are monitoring the developing situation to ensure you, your team members, your customers and the communities we live in, remain safe and healthy.
The following are a few precautions we have instituted while we navigate through this very critical time:
- Team members are to stay home and self-quarantine in the event they are feeling ill (shortness of breath, fever, chills and cough).
- Team Members will conduct business without physical contact such as hand-shaking and provide proper conversational distancing.
- Team Members will wear clean, protective gloves at all times upon entering and leaving client properties. Gloves will NOT be reused and will be immediately discarded once your property and/or facility has been departed.
- Team Members practice proper hand washing policy with soap & water for minimum 20 seconds upon departure of each client property.
- Team Members carry waterless hand soap and hand sanitizer in each vehicle and wash/sanitize thoroughly upon arrival to each client property.
- Team Members are equipped with professional grade PPE respirators and full-body apparatus if warranted and/or requested.
- If there are restrictions for entry to your facility, we will continue to perform the exterior pest service to eliminate any pest pressures from arising.
Aligning with our Residential Housing Complexes and public health concerns:
For the safety and well-being of our employees and our customer’s tenants, we’re taking every precaution to protect against the spreading, transmitting and cross-contamination of Covid-19 by temporarily restricting INTERIOR occupied service to our multiple housing apartment complexes.
This means, in order to limit exposure to the virus, we will not be conducting apartment-to-apartment treatments in large complexes which pose a greater risk to both our employees and the public we serve.
We recognize the important role we play in providing optimum service to each and every one of our customers – but we need your help! If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms and have a scheduled appointment with us – please let us know prior to our arrival so that we can discuss options with you to ensure our collective well-being.
We will continue to conduct business as usual while implementing the above precautions.
THANK YOU for your continued support as we navigate through this difficult time!
Please feel free to contact us should you have any questions or concerns.
